It took forever for them to ship my order! Way too long. But when I got my order, the jeans I got were way different than they were supposed to be. I don’t usually have this problem with Judy Blue. I love their jeans! But this pair, was supposed to be bootcut, but were definitely flares. Super wide at the ankle! So I sent them back for an exchange, and now it has been a week and I still haven’t heard back from them. I’ll order my jeans from another boutique from now on.

Took 3 weeks to get my order. No follow up from seller, I had to email them multiple times for update.

Placed order on Jan 2nd, still has not arrived. Customer service says it has shipped but this is not reflected in the tracking link which says a label was created on Jan 3rd and the package is yet to be received by the shipper. Shipping policy says orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days, which has not been my experience
