I returned an item order number #339311 1/13 you received item 1/17 I still have not received money back or any contact from customer service as of 1/23 that you have the item or when I’ll be getting refund. I sent email with my concerns 1/22 still waiting on response. I’ve ordered from you several times this is the first time I have had to send something back so I’m not sure what your protocol is on refunds

Takes entirely too long for products to ship, product was nothing like the pictures, emailed to inquire and took days before heard anything back. I returned. Sad that jeans felt great on with quality but will not order from here again

I’ve not received my package. You shipped it but FedEx said they delivered but I’ve not received I contacted them and they said they show it was received and closed the case. I’ve paid $70 for a pair of jeans and I don’t have my package yet.
