Placed order on 1/8, wasn't shipped until 1/23.

Honestly frustrating, you received my exchange order Feb 18 and I see you FINALLY made a shipping label today 2/25. . . 8 days later. That's crazy! I get being busy but. . . . I own a small business and once that order has been received we ship within a day.

Item didn’t fit and I have to pay to return it.

Had to co tact the several times to return my item. Not to contact and get responses. Finally sent the item back and I am still waiting for them to credit my account.
