I don’t plan to buy from this boutique again. Their free returns policy is super misleading. You can return an item for free but not get your money back. Then I did an exchange and they were out of the item so i finally got my money back then. Otherwise you just get a gift card and have to pay shipping again. I just think saying free returns is scammy because it’s not. It’s free exchanges for in stock items. Except not really free be use you have to pay the fee at original checkout. Just not it. There are other online boutiques selling these brands with better policies and I don’t intend to shop here again.

I ordered the same size for all jeans. Yet one, when I tried it on, was a full half size bigger. Not good.

Easy return policy however the jeans were very unflattering

I had to return a pair because they were the wrong size and I’m still waiting on the refund. The second pair fit but the quality it not what I expected. I won’t shop here again.
