Did not like how they fit. Returned them. Tried to get a bigger size but they were sold out.

Sizes are always WAY off. I measure at home before purchasing and it's never right. All of the jeans I have kept either have inseam problem (turns along the leg and will not stay on the inside) or they stretch out after a couple of hours of wear and I'm constantly pulling up. Can't get a full refund to original payment method; only store credit. Tells me they don't really stand by their products because they feel the need to keep hold of that money once an order is placed. FINALLY just used the last of my store credit after MONTHS of back and forth. At this point, even if I don't like the jeans, I'm just going to donate them so I can be done with this company.

I ordered a pair of jeans. Paid for "free" returns. Emailed customer service regarding sizing after I received my order. No response. Went on line to return the jeans (too long) and could only get store credit. That is not "free returns. " The jeans are now at a tailor getting altered.

Very hard to get a return label. And customer service.

Product was not what was described. They said cropped jeans and they where full length.
