My package never arrived I thought and then I found out it was stolen I immediately contacted American blues and was met with not the nicest of people I was told I needed a police report so I filed one early last week I have yet to hear back from anyone resolving this issue. I do only online shopping and I do mostly boutique shopping but unfortunately American blues will not be one of them I continue to do business with I am afraid. I only wear Judy blue jeans and own approximately 20 pairs. I am a good customer that you have lost

I still haven't received any response ro my emails from over a week ago. Im trying to exchange order for a smaller size, sent items back and would like to order correct size immediately. Have had no communication from your organization. I also paid for expedited shipping originally. This whole experience has not been great. Dur to zero response on your end.

Solid heavy denim but there is zero stretch with this style. I would say the sizing for waist is runs really small. Plenty long and legs are roomy. This is not a style for me. And the color/fade on this jean is definitely from the 90’s. Nothing natural looking at all.

I sent a pair of pants back quite a while ago and am still waiting for the refund.
