The first pair of pants took awhile to get to me. I ended up returning/exchanging them and that process was very smooth. Now I’m once again waiting for my new pants to ship. The shipping label gets created and then sits like that for like a week it seems. I’m honestly not sure if order again once I receive my new pants.

I'm very difficult to size. Especially with brands I don't know. Obviously, I ordered several items in different sizes, with an eye to return what did not fit. I was given a return label and sent the items out, but they could not be delivered to the address on the label and the package has now been returned to my house. It's a fair amount of money in returns, so I'm planning to take it to the PO to pay to return the package, but if it can't be delivered to the address from the label provided, again, that will seem quite deliberate to prevent the return from arriving within the return period. Something to be aware of if you've not bought these brands before and are not sure of your size.

Loved my jeans, got a pretty good deal. But delivery takes forever.
