I love the jeans and
I love the jeans and wouldn’t have minded the shipping delay (holidays) but didn’t appreciate the dishonesty. It took 2 weeks to actually ship. I emailed customer service and they said “it’s 3-5 days to process and 2 days to ship. ” Okay, no biggie. As more time passed I emailed again and they said we are getting caught up after taking time off for employees to be with family (they also said they’d “expedite” my shipping to 2-day…. but it was originally 2-day anyway so not exactly an upgrade). I’m all for families enjoying new years together, but why not just tell me that in the original email if you were planning time off? Once it finally shipped I did get it quickly, but would’ve appreciated an honest response from customer service.
