The products are good but when it doesn't work out for you, you can't return for a refund. I'm on my 3rd exchange. Hopefully this one works out for me.

These jeans were way too long. I’m 5’8” and never have this issue. I can only wear them with heels.

I returned the jeans and still have not received my credit.

I love both pair of pants I ordered. I had to alter both because I’m short but that is pretty normal for me. Shipping took a little longer than I wanted (but I’m impatient and want the items as soon as I click the order button lol)

Everything moved really slowly. I purchased two pair of jeans on January 1 and didn’t receive them until January 20th. I then returned one pair a couple of days after and have yet to be be reimbursed. I love the pair of pants I kept, but I won’t be shopping here again as it’s super slow.
