It was a fine shopping experience but it really wasn't clear that you wouldn't get a refund back to CC and only give credit at the store and I wouldn't have ordered so many options if I had known

Had return one of purchased coz id didn’t fit. It was difficult to deal with the return and took about 6-7 messaging back and forth with my return and greeting the credit. It hit corrected eventually but with lots frustration ! Overall the jeans are very expensive but quality fits how I like jeans.

Bummed I couldn't get my refund credited to my credit card. Now I'm waiting for the return to process before I can spend those funds again. I was going to buy a new pair of Kancan's but the credit hasn't shown up so now I won't - hope they don't go out of stock again!!
