Customer service & follow up could improve

I'm having trouble getting a reply about my return, it was received back on 05/27, I've never heard any follow up & sent several emails . I've not been credited fornthe return or notified my item was received back other than the package tracking Otherwise the shipping was fast and return portal easy to use, just poor customer service since no one has replied to me

Return Information Non Existent

Like the jeans. However, you pay extra for returns upfront and then there is no return label and no information on your website on how to return. If it isn’t easy, I’m usually not a return customer.
