The fit great and look good but the rhinestones are falling off.

The description of the jeans is hit or miss. Recently I made an order of some jeans that said the inseam was 33. When I received the jeans they were actually a 35" inseam. . . WAY too long. The return process isnt the easiest so its very frustrating to do all the work of researching sizes and then find out they arent even accurate.

I ordered 3 pair of JBs, different styles. I ordered the same size I always get in the brand, but the waist on two styles was too tight. All three were mid-rise. When I asked if certain styles or fabric contents were stretchier or wider in the waistband, I didn’t get much help. It was a struggle to choose replacements. No one wants three pair of the same jean! If waist sizes aren’t the same across the board regardless of fit, listings should note the difference in stretch and fit at the waist. Staff should be knowledgeable enough to be able to help with replacements that will work.

I did not know we couldn’t return. I have no idea how to get my credit -fullfilled. Jeans were an odd side stitch
