I love the boots, but I spent a lot of money and one boot was fuzzy and beautiful and one was stringy and disappointing

I’m a size 6. 5 but the 5. 5 fit better than the (6-9)larger size ( they were huge on me). Had to return & repurchase the smaller size.

The sweater isn't what I expected. It's itchy not like the one I bought from J. Crew. That one is superior!

Not thrilled. Had to pay to return the first pair and could not return the second pair because I wore them once. The dye came off on my feet (turning my feet black) so I’m disappointed.
