Love the product, but was disappointed to see $40 shipping was for shipping through the post office and took a long time, package was a bit beat up. For that price it should come at least by Fedex or UPS

Loved the handmade beanie, but it began to unravel within five days. Company was good enough to fully refund purchase.

It seemed to take awhile before it was shipped.

Bought these because they look like my favorite socks that I bought from Everything Alpaca a few years ago. That company has since gone out of business. Disappointed with these socks. While the quality is good, the feet are not as thick as my other socks. Being the world's biggest freeze baby, this makes a difference for me. Nice, but I need something warmer.

Service was fine, item so-so.
