Nice socks but thinner than those previously purchased. A little disappointed…

Please right size your socks. I cannot wear the mediums, they are too big. I need small, but cannot afford another $46.

Love the product. Unimpressed with your return process. Most companies with great customer service does not require an almost $20 fee and then adjust when the exchange item arrives. You have a great product, you may want to look at how to make an exchange smooth for online. Remember the customer does not have the ability to try on when web ordering.

Already wrote of my poor experience. But I will add that the return was quite expensive. About $60-$70 for restocking and return fees. If your instructions and explanations had been clearer, I would have not bought the item in the first place.

I love the boots, but I spent a lot of money and one boot was fuzzy and beautiful and one was stringy and disappointing
