Unable to return unpackaged items due to being 1 day late of return deadline

Worst service ever. Still no product. Told to wait for almost 2 months now and still nothing. We are in a hurricane devastated area and had to use a general delivery address. . . the customer service told us it was no good. Then proceeded to show us how FedX "delivered" our package to some random photo of a doorway. NOT the post office. However they let me know this was proof of delivery. . . not cool company. no refund no product. . nada
