shipping is out to lunch. . . don't expect too much

Not a good experience I didn’t get one of my sweaters. I talked to customer service and they told me that the sweater was in there. Well, it wasn’t so I’m out of sweater. The wrong size came terrible experience. I will never order again.

It wasn’t the right size so I had to trim it but now it doesn’t stay in place. And I have to keep readjusting them to make sure they stays under my feet

Multiple emails seekers to return and refund, have gone unanswered. Your phone goes straight to a busy signal— indicating it has been disconnected. Return website renders as a blank.

Awful experience. I paid extra and tried multiple times to get in touch to cancel due to late delivery, but to no avail. I hope you can make this up to me by sending me the same product I ordered so I can see what I purchased or at the very least send me a substantial reimbursement. Thank you very much, Ann
