Wrong size on mystery bag item...

I purchased 3 of the Alpaca Fur Fluff Ball - Pom Pom Key Fob. Unfortunately, the lock that attaches to keys or whatever you wish to attach it to broke and the way it is attached to the fluff ball makes it unable to be replaced so the fluff ball is useless except as decoration on my dresser. Other brands are sturdier - with a key ring that can be changed.

Terrible customer service. Sis not stand behind their product all the way to owner. We tried alternate solutions and they had no interest. Do not buy from this company

Very poor customer service. Don't purchase from this company

Junk fees (for shipping insurance and a restocking fee for a return). Very slow returns processing. Requirement for a RMA to return an unused pair of mittens with tags.
