I already reviewed the poor quality of the blanket but if you want me to respond again, I will. I really don't want to write bad reviews and hurt small businesses but this blanket was bad. Why do you have the fabric tag, placed in a plastic pouch, and it's not sewn into the product? I just can't believe this is 100% baby alpaca.

Customer service could be better. You lost a customer

Not impressed with quality of blanket. I’m extremely familiar with alpaca and this blanket is not baby alpaca or the most inferior product was used. It feels like a polyester blend at best. The fact that the fabric tag isn’t even attached to the blanket gives me pause. I would have returned it accept your rule about blanket return policy. Kuna was out of blankets at the time so I ordered from you and I took a gamble and lost. You asked for my review and here it is.

Not sure if this is a legit company. Reached out to customer service numerous times. No response regarding our socks that were not delivered

Color navy made my toenails black. Bad dye job.
