The checkout system errored 3x and gave false rejections for my purchase which in fact were approved by my bank 3x. Inca support rep denied my order, did not make it right. It was an annoying waste of time for a blanket that’s the weight of a shawl.

Contacted customer service about the problem. I received a call back quickly. Lady was very friendly on phone and offered to send a return label and full refund when received. I never received the return label. I kept checking spam mail for a week and nothing. I wasted over $100 on purchase.
