Not a fan of the onsite restaurant. Most places offer a free bagel or cereal in the morning. Could have more privacy on balcony’s too some pretty wood planks cheap and way to put up.

I appreciate your customer service; however, I do not believe these are exactly the same socks as the wide calf terry lined socks. They seem to be a tad tight at the calf. sorry!

Shipping is expensive and returns are not made easy, but the customer service rep has been very patient in answering my questions.

Customer service was good. I ordered three items and one that was sent was not what I’d ordered, but we got it straightened out. I give only three stars because the products are not soft and luxurious- feeling at all. I have shopped alpaca blankets, etc before, and these were scratchy and rough in comparison. For the price I expected more. I will use them, as they were a gift from my husband, but I was disappointed.

Very comfortable socks. Thing is the toe area is not reinforced at all. My guess is that I will wind up with super comfortable and warm socks that quickly wear out at the toes
