Bought a new hat and

Bought a new hat and brush as a gift and received it in a standard bag that had a rip in the side. Had to go back and ask for a replacement bag (& the hat brush they’d forgotten) and it was as if I’d asked for my money back. Terrible customer experience.

I wish the sale would

I wish the sale would have been a bit more transparent on the pricing. Instead of showing the final price at check out it should have come up straight away when looking at the product. Since there was such a fuss with the login code and the priority access. If it had I would have probably walked away with a hat as well.
