I was looking forward to wearing my heels with the insole but was disappointed because I was sore even till the next day. I don't know if it's the shoe that was the problem.

You certainly oversold this. For $30? What a waste!!

They hurt in my shoes I didn’t like this product it really made my feet hurt after 2 hours.
