Made my heels even more unstable. Did nothing positive at all

The inserts did nothing. It did not relieve any pressure on the ball of the foot. All it does is make my shoes ill fitting and too loose in heel.

I inserted these into my wedge boots and barely had them on for a couple of hours and then started experiencing burning and ball of foot pain. I am on my feet most of the time throughout the day at work five days a week and was so looking forward to today’s working and sadly very disappointed in the result.

The inserts don't help in any way. How can they, so thin and no shape that woud in any way be supportive. When I saw them I was veery dubious and rightfully so. I fell for the gimmick! Shame on me!
