The shoes did not get any more comfortable from wearing the insoles

They were nothing like advertised

So sorry to say that these didn't work as described. Still felt like I didn't have any support and my heels were only 4 inches.

I sent questions and these insoles and got no response. They are pretty mediocre. I would have appreciated an answer to my questions, which might have clarified the best way to use these.

Did not make a notable difference in comfort when wearing heels even for just 5 minutes.
