No change in comfort (paid full price) and even with proper prep they started coming up by the end of one full day of wear.

The glue on these inserts is not strong enough. They kept coming off even with my weight pushing them down. Every time I took a step, there was a loud Velcro (being pulled apart) sound.

Didn't feel like it really did anything.

I felt these made me put more pressure on the balls of my feet (my arches were comfortable though). I don’t know if it’s user error with placing them but I’ve never been in so much pain. On the plus side, they gave me a refund.

Foot does NOT stay in place, I still end up at the bottom of the shoe.
