After placed in shoe, pulled lining off of shoe with glue on pad.

My feet did not hurt but the did not adhere as I thought they would

I used them in two different pairs of heels and haven’t noticed any difference really. Not sure if I will keep them. I’ll give them one more shot and if it’s the same, I would say they don’t help at all.

I had hoped that the insoles would have prevented ball of the foot pain. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer me any relief.
