I used them in two different pairs of heels and haven’t noticed any difference really. Not sure if I will keep them. I’ll give them one more shot and if it’s the same, I would say they don’t help at all.

I had hoped that the insoles would have prevented ball of the foot pain. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer me any relief.

Your checkout is not user vriendly and no one answers your customer servic! No good for business! I have been a customer for years and its really unacceptable for my liking! Customer service and good customer is #1 in my life!

I was able to wear my super high Michael Kore shoes for at least two hours longer, but I still could barely walk in them after this time period. I was hoping for at least 4 hours of wear before I was not able to walk in my heels anymore.

The Vivian Lou insoles looked like a good idea and had good reviews. I did not find them helpful in making my heels more comfortable. I wish they could be reused as opposed to a one time use. I would like to try them in a different pair of heels.
