They are super sticky and just trying them, they completely stuck to my shoes and pulled the shoe lining out and no longer stick. Sad for me so be careful when placing them. I'll try to work with them as best I can.

Didn’t make a difference in the shoe comfort or support. The concept was great and I thought they would be perfect for my bridesmaids and a nice thoughtful gift but it would have been better if I bought them slippers to keep their feet clean 😂

These worked okay, but I followed all of the directions and didn’t notice a huge difference. They also gave me a blister.
