I used the insoles for 3.5 inch heels worn during a wedding reception. My feet didn’t hurt, but I wasn’t as comfortable as I thought I would be walking with the insoles. Not sure that they were worth the money.

The Bad: These did not work for me. This may or may not be the sellers fault. Personal use case and testing would be required. I also do not like that shipping costs are not part of the return/refund process. Given there is no way to see, touch, or try them in person, I don't agree with this policy. That's the risk the seller should take in my opinion. #CustomerExperienceRules The Good: They refunded me immediately and did not make me return the inserts.

I could only tell a slight bit of difference in how my heels felt with these insoles. I bought them to put in shoes I was going to wear for a wedding and still had to walk around barefoot most of the day just to get through.

I had bought these to go in my wedding shoes. I had invested a lot of money in my wedding shoes and I really wanted to wear them the whole day. I hoped these inserts would have allowed me to do just that. I made it through the first dance with the inserts and had to take my shoes off, I just couldn't handle the pain any longer. Which was really disappointing.

I have been on the road since I ordered and hopefully they are being held with the rest of my mail. I will be back home at the end of March.
