I think it is too soon to tell. It’s not like you get instant difference or relief. And at $25 each, I’m afraid of putting them in my highest heel and never wearing them again. I think my next step is to wear my heels for an hour without and then with the insoles and see if anything changes. :-/

I used the insoles for 3.5 inch heels worn during a wedding reception. My feet didn’t hurt, but I wasn’t as comfortable as I thought I would be walking with the insoles. Not sure that they were worth the money.

The Bad: These did not work for me. This may or may not be the sellers fault. Personal use case and testing would be required. I also do not like that shipping costs are not part of the return/refund process. Given there is no way to see, touch, or try them in person, I don't agree with this policy. That's the risk the seller should take in my opinion. #CustomerExperienceRules The Good: They refunded me immediately and did not make me return the inserts.
