I really struggled to place them in my shoe a comfortable way, and they never really got comfy. But there was a difference in the pain in my shoe after i shifted it down. However I do not believe they were worth the price

I’m not quite sure if I did it wrong but the adhesive on the bottom of the pads completely completely took off the finish inside the soles of my Jimmy Choo just with the first application

I wanted so badly to love these and for them to work, but I feel like at best, they delayed the pain for a little bit (like, an hour). I read the directions multiple times and followed them to a T, but I still ended up rather disappointed at spending what I did for not much difference :/

Didn’t want to purchase a new pair of shoes to wear to a wedding as I have far too many heels that are too uncomfortable to wear as it is. Was hoping these would enable me to endure one for a night. Tried these on with a pair of four and a half inch heels and although they felt slightly better, my feet still felt weary after walking around the house in them for twenty minutes. It didn’t help that I couldn’t seem to get the placement quite right in the left shoe and was afraid to keep fiddling with it and wearing out all the glue. For the price I was really hoping these inserts would have made much more of a difference than they did so overall I’m a bit disappointed.

I think they helped but not any more than other options Ive already tried. I had the same result.
