My heels are just under 3” so these inserts did not really hold my feet up off the balls of my feet. Also, there is no padding. The inserts are hard rubber.

Did not notice a major difference in the insoles. However, with the heels I wore I probably needed a different insole.

Still has to take my heels off after dinner at a gala. Didn’t seem to make a difference in comfort. Bummer, I bought two pair with high hopes.

They helped but I still had a hard time wearing my 2.5” heels for more than 5 hours.

So far, they are ok. I have a high arch so the inserts don’t really reach my feet. Perhaps i should have gotten a large?
