Solid insoles. I used them for the first time attending a wedding in some really cute Betsy Johnson heels. I did experience some relief but still struggled. To be fair, it may be because the heels were brand new. I also have very flat feet. I will however be purchasing more!!

Ordering these was very easy, and I will likely order more of these insoles! I can definitely feel them taking pressure off of the balls of my feet by allowing me to put more weight on my heels.

These definitely help you last longer throughout the night on high heels!

I’ve used them a few times and so far I think I like them quite a bit. I’m in a building with marble floors everyday for work-anything that lessons the pain helps!
