My heels weren't magically transformed into a comfortable shoe, but with the vivian lou insert, it felt SO much more stable! I wasn't wobbling anymore and my toes weren't squeezed to death. It was a huge improvement.

I haven’t use them as of today. The only concern is that they are pricey for a one time use will let you know after I ware the shoes they are intend.

Made my heels manageable. I was the only lady in the group with my heels still on at the end of the night.
