These inserts really do work. I have a pair of 2 inch slides that I love, but my feet kill me after a few minutes of wearing them. I thought I’d try the low heel inserts to see if they would make a difference. They really did! My feet didn’t ache at all after 3 hours at a party. I even danced in those shoes. I’m so impressed.

These insoles are helpful for sure. They don't completely eliminate discomfort from wearing heels. But if you love the look of heels and are flat footed like me these are a good to thing to have in your closet. They help with walking and you're able to last in your shoes for longer. But I think the real selling point is that you won't have the pain typically felt the next day after wearing heels. I wore them during a wedding weekend where I wore heels both nights of activities and the only reason I was able to do that comfortably was because of these insoles. I will definitely be buying more for other heels I purchase.

These insoles are truly incredible. It's amazing how such a thin profile changes how my shoes feel even when wearing them for hours. I highly recommend making these a must have if you want to enjoy wearing your heels.
