I love these! I purchased the combo pack first and loved them both, then almost immediately bought 2 more of the couture insoles. Do they make your stilettos feel like running shoes? No. But they made a big difference for me.

I’ve been having feet pain with planter faciatis and needed to wear heels for a party. I hadn’t worn heals in 2 years so I was very worried if I could even do it! I ran across these on Facebook and omg what a life saver!!! My feet still hurt I’m not gonna lie… but I was able to walk in these for a few hours! 100% a huge huge help!! Glad I bought 2 pairs!
