These insoles are helpful for sure. They don't completely eliminate discomfort from wearing heels. But if you love the look of heels and are flat footed like me these are a good to thing to have in your closet. They help with walking and you're able to last in your shoes for longer. But I think the real selling point is that you won't have the pain typically felt the next day after wearing heels. I wore them during a wedding weekend where I wore heels both nights of activities and the only reason I was able to do that comfortably was because of these insoles. I will definitely be buying more for other heels I purchase.

These insoles are truly incredible. It's amazing how such a thin profile changes how my shoes feel even when wearing them for hours. I highly recommend making these a must have if you want to enjoy wearing your heels.
