Enzo Custom

My review is more about the process than the fitting. Your company sells made to measure shirts and what I really need are custom made shirts where many more measurements are taken to ensure good fit. My sales person was great and amazing and is a great representative of your company but I need custom made shirts where "model" close shirts are not used and focus is only on your exact 12-15 mesurements

Follow up was poor, pants were not fitted as promised, and my name was spelled wrong on the inside.

The staff were very uptight and rude probably “ Racist“

First custom I worked with Mark and it was perfect. I was so happy that I decided to buy two at my next appt. The second time I had Arthur and when I was trying on the suits, he remained seated and 10 feet away. I said the suits didn’t have the same fit as my first and he said it was bc the suits were different fabric. He never got up to re check the suits and looked uninterested in making any changes despite multiple inquiries on the fit and look. After my first fitting I recommended two friends who each bought multiple suits. Since my fitting with Arthur and these two suits that don’t fit well, I have not been back and will not recommend Enzo.

Enzo is in an absolutely terrible place to get a suit. No parking, no transportation, nothing. Went in was fitted twice. I’m 100% sure that the alterations from the second fitting weren’t completed. This resulting in poor fitting pants and an unwearable shirt that wouldn’t button on my sisters wedding day. I may have been misinformed but I had thought the point of this custom suit was to achieve a great fitting suit. While getting dressed I found the other guys had fitment issues too. I had a really terrible experience. 2/10 would not recommend.
