Was measured for and paid for suit in June of 2018 ready for a wedding in August. Suit arrived on time in August but so small I couldn’t get it on, adjustment was not possible so didn’t have suit for wedding. New suit was delivered in October and I was fitted by a new girl as the previous staff member had left. Her attitude was poor and wouldn’t adjust the suit to my request, apparently my option of sleeve and pant length were incorrect. The result is I have a $800 suit I have never worn and a $150 custom black suit that has white patches on all the seems and green armpits after approximately 6 wears and washes. Very poor experience with zero value for money

My first purchase last year was well made, fit as it should, and was reasonably priced. I was very disappointed this time around, the suit jacket didn't drape right, and the sleeves were not right at the shoulder. I had no time to have it realtered, so I was stuck with it. On top of that the cost was way more than I paid the prior year, I won't be back.
