Got all the wrong items & no one is responding to my email !

Only received one item (of 5 items) from order processed on 6.13.24. I have not received any response from my email to help.upwest: Case reference #09000632 opened on 6.25.24. I only received the T-shirt dress - Marsala on 6.21.24. I also tried to call your helpdesk, but appears that there has been permanently closed. I love your products, but at time I am owned $150.00 for the other 4 items I have not received. Carole Lee
