Good jeans, terrible customer service
This review is specifically for UpWest customer service. Firstly, I waited many months for this item to be in stock. There was no effective notification system to let me know when my size was in stock, so I had to check regularly. Finally, once they were available I bought them immediately. I checked back on the website just a few days after I purchased (I hadn't even received the jeans yet) and I see the price was slashed 50%. I contacted customer service to see if the price could be adjust given I didn't even receive my jeans yet. They told me that wasn't possible and I just had to submit another order and return the other pair. But of course, my size was sold out again. I emailed them back about receiving a credit, and no one even responded. Terrible.
