I have reached out several times about an incorrect delivery and have not yet received a response.

Please ship my order I placed 20 days ago!!! UpWest will not give me a refund. They keep saying it’s a priority, we request your patience blah blah blah

I ordered a sweater and it ended up a bit too small. So I ordered a larger size. Instead of my order I got two different items—neither of them being my sweater. I called, was told to return the wrong items to UPS and my sweater would be coming. Have not seen the sweater. It’s been a month

My order was missing something I paid for and no one will help no matter which way I try and contact the company

The shirt had a hole in it when it arrived. I sent Up west a message immediately and they have not responded in three weeks. I reached out again no response.
