It took 4 days till someone reached out back to me after I sent an email saying the zipper of the coat o ordered was broken. I didn't even wear it! It just arrived. And it's final sale - no return!! I really hope they would give me a full refund for this ,because this should NOT happen!

I never received my package and have sent several emails and texts to UpWest, with them saying it’s on its way to me. I’ve tracked the USPS-tracking and it has been in Walton, KY since the 4th of July. It traveled to NAPLES Florida and turned around and was sent back to the sender, due to lack of a correct address. That was 6/27.

I received the wrong item. There is no longer phone customer service and I’ve received no response to me email.

I haven’t received my items and you want me to review them. I have sent numerous emails and have not received any response back from you

Horrible experience! I never received my correct order and I never received a response to my numerous emails to customer service. I will most likely never order from UpWest again if this is how things go from a service perspective.
