As of now, I have 2 unresolved issues. An item from my order was not received and Customer Service has not responded (automated response was received with no follow up, and call center number does not connect). Also, I was charged a return fee of $6.99 for free returns. The response was the typical policy may have certain exceptions to the typically free returns and exchanges.

Need to return these jeans and have been unable to reach anyone at UPWEST ! These jeans were NOT listed as a final sale when I ordered them on June 21! I would not have ordered them if they were listed as a final sale. Someone from UPWEST needs to contact me.

Too big and large even though I ordered XS size.

Too long had to return no option to exchange so had to pay shipping fee. ;(

Fabric is too think and the sleeve keeps falling down
