I haven’t worn my item yet. But do want to comment on customer service. Cashier took forever to help a customer with an online order. We waited for a long bit. My friend only had one item to be purchased, and when we asked how much longer, she said a few mins. So we just left. Should’ve quickly rung us up first before going back to help with the other customer who took forever to decide on her online order

The jeans are very cute and comfortable and fit well. HOWEVER, they are coated in toxic formaldehyde which smells HORRIBLE. I have washed them 4 times and they still smell. I also tried airing them out for 3 days in the sun. Still a horrible smell. It is shocking that a company which sells organic cotton items also sells items coated in toxic chemicals. I hope you do something about this. It is a known carcinogen. Do the right thing and stop with the chemicals. I hope I can still return them as they are UNWEARABLE with the toxic smell.

Sent back items. Cost $3 to print label at UPS. A barcode would have avoided the additional cost from the customer. So, not very helpful.

Unfortunately i had to return all my items due to sizing issues . Everything was so big. I usually wear a med/ large top and i went with medium thinking i would size down. I would need a xxs to fit in any clothes from up west. Very disappointed, i like the look of your clothes. Waiting on my return now .

Shipping and service were fine but the sizing was very in accurate and disappointing.
