Customer service is abysmal.

They say I owe 2 cents which is annoying. How is that possible when I ordered and paid for whatever they charged ?

Sizing is like no other jean. Size down. Quality is exceptional.

Sizes are very big. I’m normally an XL or XXL in pants, I bought some pants in an XL and I am drowning in them! They are so big! Now I can’t wear them. And can’t return them.

I hate to provide a negative review because I LOVE Upwest and so sorry you’re closing the doors. But my last order must have been mislabeled for someone else because I received a box of Large size jeans and none of the items I ordered. I have submitted a help ticket and hope it can be solved as many of the items I ordered are no longer available in my size.
