The fit on 2 of the items are purchased were strange, since other things I bought in the same size fit perfectly. I also ordered a charm earring set which did not come in my delivered package yet I paid for it. I’ve contacted Up West multiple times with no response. I just want to get the item I paid for before the company closes for good!

The jeans I ordered smelled terrible when they arrived. I washed them twice, 2nd time with OxyClean, and they are better but still very stinky. Hoping they will smell better with additional washes

About 60% of the clothes are just off in some way. The other 30% I love. Sizing is inconsistent

Pilling already and leaves fuzz everywhere. Also, Upwest does not offer price adjustments, this item went on sale for half what I paid and they said I needed to send it back and repurchase in order to get the sale price. Not very environmentally friendly or customer focussed.

Was disappointed that they made a substitute top on my order because they didn’t have the color I wanted. Shouldn’t make substitutes without permission. Took me awhile to get a replacement.
