Broken after a few months

My bracelet broke after a few months. Ive tried to contact movado several times to figure out what my options are for replacement and no one will get back to me.

Sucks!!

First of all. When I placed my order I didn’t know it went through or not. I didn’t received a receipt or any confirmation about the purchase. Second, I can’t register my watch on my profile. And my profile also says no recent purchase. I didn’t buy this product via guest profile. I created it first before buying. I’m pissed off about it. I’m thinking of returning this product honestly.

Bad Experience

The watch I ordered came damaged. The control arm on the bottom dial was completely detached and just moving around inside the glass. I called to get this issue fixed and got the run around from two representatives until I spoke with Justin Farah. Justin was very knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to handle my issue and got back with me in the time frame he gave me (two days). The watch has been shipped back with the label Justin provided me with and now I am just waiting on my NEW, DAMAGE FREE watch.
