never received order

I ordered a white ceramic watch. This was my 10th order, however I never received my watch. All of my other orders required a signature and I always got a message from the carrier when the product would be arriving . I never received a message or my watch.

Poor customer service

Purchased a new movado watch on 06/02/2024 with engraving done on the watch and was offered a 10% discount online through a facebook ad from movado within 2-3 days they offered a sale offering 25-30% sales on the exact same watch as I purchased so I called into customer service an spoke to Guy Forjet he told me that the store that was offering that discount was movado but a discount subsidiary of movado that is why the discount was a higher percent than the 10% I was offered on the watch I purchased he went on too tell me that that particular subsidiary store of movado did not offer the engraving which was not true they do offer it and was being told false statements from there customer service agent Guy Forjet I asked him and emailed him after speaking too him on the phone for over 30 minutes about having a manager contact me via Email or phone call and included my number an correct email and contact information was never contacted by a manager other than Guy Forjet telling me that was just the way it is stone walling me I’m very dissatisfied with dishonesty of the the customer service department and believe this is the first and last time I will be buying a Movado product unless someone in upper management or over the above named customer service agent who would not put me in contact with for what ever reason and this is my experience. Local Jeweler

I recently ordered a watch from your online site. Unfortunately, my jeweler who runs a small Family business jewelry store was unable to get this particular watch as you sell them exclusively online. With great reluctance, I did order this watch online. My jeweler understood why I did it, but both of us were disappointed that you made this type of business model. I would be much more impressed if I knew your brand support local businesses instead of forcing me to make a decision not to be able to purchase the watch for him. Although I love my watch I feel as if I betrayed my jeweler and a local business and I’ve decided never to order online again, regardless, how much I love the watch.
