Poor customer service, will never buy again from this company

Never delivered. Shipper did not have the proper information. No contact was made.

Getting the free shipping was not worth it. I would’ve paid to have it delivered on time.

I was so disappointed in the quality of the bracelet. The gift was a Father's Day present to my husband. This is not the quality that I expect from Movado.

Just bought a bracelet and it broke already I emailed to return and exchange for different one and haven’t heard anything
